Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Organizers create voting categories and add contestants. You can vote for your favorites by paying a specified amount per vote. Votes are updated in real-time.
How do I create an event on Ticket Spring?
To create an event, you need to register as a Merchant. Once your account is verified, you'll have access to the dashboard where you can create and manage your events.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Merchants can request withdrawals from their dashboard once their earnings reach a minimum threshold. Requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
